Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, or to any BFPO (British Forces) or APO (UA Armed Forces) addresses.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. Please note that outside of the UK and EU, you may need to pay local duties and taxes (but this is very unlikely). 

UK: Next day delivery

EU: 4-8 days

USA, Canada, & Rest of World: 7-10 days

Australia, NZ, Singapore: 10-20 days

RETURNS

DEFINITIVE EDITION RETURNS:

All orders contain a packing slip showing the goods that you received. This same packing slip acts as a returns form. All returns must contain this returns slip. If you have lost the returns slip, the return must contain a piece of paper stating your name, and order reference.

For UK Customers: All UK returns are free of charge. Please use this LINK and fill in the returns form to produce a returns label.

For Non-UK Customers: You will need to contact us via the contact page below.

All returns: We need to know where the return has come from, so please remember to add your return slip, so we can find you! Failure to include information may result in your refund being delayed.

Please make sure you send your items back well protected as we cannot refund damaged items.
